This policy explains what information RGB Group collects, why, and how we handle it - including the B2B contact data provided through our lead-generation service.

RGB Group provides management and consulting services to businesses and organizations only (B2B). We are the data controller for the account and business information you provide to us directly. Where we supply B2B contact data to you as a deliverable, you become an independent controller of that data on receipt.
We collect: (a) account details you provide when registering - your name, company name, work email, and phone number; (b) order and questionnaire information you submit; (c) billing and invoice records; and (d) technical logs necessary to operate and secure the service.
We use your information to create and manage your account, deliver the services you order, consult with you by phone, issue and reconcile invoices, provide support, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your account information.
Our online-marketing practice generates business-to-business contact lists. This data concerns individuals in their professional capacity and is sourced, deduplicated, and verified for legitimate B2B outreach.
We process this data on the basis of legitimate interests in facilitating B2B commerce. Where contacts are located in the European Union, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies. When we deliver a lead list to you, you act as an independent controller and are responsible for your own use of it - including providing any required notices, honouring objection and erasure requests, respecting applicable e-privacy and marketing rules, and maintaining a lawful basis for your outreach. A data-subject may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their information; direct such requests to us at regev@rgbmanagment.com and we will action or route them appropriately.
We share information only with service providers who help us run the platform (such as hosting and data-verification providers), each bound by confidentiality and data-processing obligations, and where required by law. We do not share your account data with third parties for their own marketing.
We keep account, order, and invoice records for as long as your account is active and thereafter as needed to meet legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution requirements. Lead lists are retained only as long as necessary to deliver and support your order.
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect information, including access controls and encrypted transport. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep the risk low and respond promptly to incidents.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction, or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing. You can update your account details at any time in the client portal, or contact us using the details below.
