These terms govern your use of RGB Group's services and client portal. By registering or placing an order, you agree to them on behalf of your organization.

RGB Group provides management and consulting services to businesses and organizations only. Our services are not directed to consumers, and by using them you confirm you are acting for a business.
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can review and update your details in the client portal.
Placing an order is a request for services. For most engagements we consult by phone to scope the work before it proceeds. Lead orders and the medical processing fee are priced up-front and invoiced on submission. We may decline or discontinue an engagement where it is unlawful, outside our capabilities, or otherwise unsuitable.
Prices are as quoted at the time of order. Lead pricing is set by the tiers shown on our pricing page and re-calculated authoritatively on the server. Invoices are issued in your portal and settled directly with your account manager. Gated deliverables unlock once payment is confirmed.
Deliverables (including verified B2B lead lists) are provided for your own lawful business use. You may not resell or redistribute lead lists, and you must use them in compliance with applicable data-protection and e-privacy law, including the GDPR for EU contacts. Your handling of personal data is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
We retain ownership of our platform, methods, and materials. Subject to payment, you receive a non-exclusive right to use the deliverables produced for your engagement for your internal business purposes.
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, services and deliverables are otherwise provided "as is", and our aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Either party may end an engagement in accordance with its agreed scope. Fees for work performed up to termination remain payable. We may suspend access for non-payment or misuse.
